Saturday Solitude

Today has been a fairly calm and peaceful Saturday. My daughter took 4 of the 5 kids down to the park for about two hours so that there could be some quiet in the house. It was nice to just have some solitude for a while without all of the shouting and screaming and fighting and bickering and general all around noise that 5 children are capable of producing. I love my grandchildren, but frankly, they would drive a dead man crazy enough to rise up out of his grave. Oy Vey!
